Passenger Data Collection
I am interested in knowing, as an airport user, what parts of the airport experience excite you? What parts frustrate you? Why? As I get responses, I’ll tally them and post them here.
For example, I appreciate it when airline gates are placed right next to each other when I have to transfer on a flight – it saves me a lot of stress and I can then go use the restroom or buy some food / magazines and just enjoy traveling. I get frustrated with the poor signage displaying where I need to go to access ground transportation vehicles as there are gaps in the process. When I get off a flight, I am tired and don’t want to spend more time looking around for where I need to be.
